About Family Recovery

Our facility at Family Recovery is directly affiliated with Gulf Coast Recovery (GCR), and our certified counselors and therapists work closely with the staff at GCR. This close relationship allows us to effectively tie our family recovery program into that of the GCR clients seeking help for addiction.

We specialize in all aspects of recovery from drugs or alcohol, and we seek, first and foremost, the health of our clients. Through this guiding principle, we introduce clients to the educational and therapeutic resources for recovery as well as the routes of future support for codependency and addiction. We provide an introduction to the available 12-step programs and encourage clients to attend after completing our program.

We aim to achieve long-term, lasting changes for the better. As part of our facilities, we provide a relaxing environment in the beautiful town of Treasure Island, Florida. Here, clients can concentrate on the healing process. We know the importance of relaxing and having fun, and so we also have recreational and health facilities, fishing access, and weekly beach barbeques.
